Symptom narrative

Pt received the Men B vaccine on 6/9/26 and subsequently developed a headache, eye pain, then a rash on 6/20/26. The vesicles erupted on 6/21/26 and was diagnosed with Shingles. She has a history of depression, anxiety, Vit D deficiency, irregular menses, and family h/o of positive ANA, positive SS-A and positive parietal cell antibodies. Her mother has psoriasis and h/o depression.

Lab data

Patient initially had lab work, head CT, orbital CT and orbital MRI to rule out optic neuritis. All her imaging studies were within normal.
