lost 75 percent vision in my left eye after receiving your vaccine; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of loss of vision in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) solution for injection for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced loss of vision (Verbatim: lost 75 percent vision in my left eye after receiving your vaccine) (serious criteria disability and GSK medically significant). The outcome of the loss of vision was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the loss of vision to be related to Shingles vaccine. The company considered the loss of vision to be unrelated to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 20-JUN-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The batch number was not provided, and unable to contact the reporter.; Sender's Comments: A case of Blindness, on an unknown time after vaccination with unknown dose of Shingles vaccine, in a patient. Based on the available information a possible causality that the event was caused by GSK vaccine product cannot be ascertained. Consent for further follow up has not been received.
