Symptom narrative

Administration in patient over the recommended age; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 11-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number mf94h with expiry date 06-MAR-2028) for prophylaxis. On 08-JUN-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Infanrix. On 08-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Administration in patient over the recommended age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
