Longer than recommended intervals; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number K7JY3) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Bexsero (received the first dose of Bexsero vaccine on 08-APR-2023 with batch num. J52PN). On 31-JUL-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Bexsero. On 31-JUL-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Longer than recommended intervals). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 24-JUN-2026 On 24-Jun-2026, an RN called on behalf of a doctor regarding Bexsero. The RN mentioned that the doctor saw a patient yesterday who had the Bexsero given at 14 years old because they were going to camp, and then again at age 16. The expiration date was requested but not provided.
