On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, several days after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced paralysis (Verbatim: paralyzed from the waist down) (serious criteria GSK medically significant). The outcome of the paralysis was resolved. The reporter considered the paralysis to be related to Shingles vaccine. The company considered the paralysis to be unrelated to Shingles vaccine. All his physicians had said that it was because of the vaccine.
