Symptom narrative

Chronic fatigue, regular exhaustion, brain fog, inability to focus/concentrate, fibromyalgia, tachycardia upon standing, exertion, shortness of breath, headaches, sleeplessness, paresthesia, neuropathy, permanent nerve damage to sex organs/complete sexual dysfunction, heart palpitations, inability to exercise, rapid weight gain (70 lb), IBS, GERD, chronic systemic inflammation, non-healing ulcerated, widespread, hyperkeratinous skin wounds (nose, face, neck, arms). Treatment is ongoing and involves numerous specialty cares. Outcome has been complete physical disability, home-boundness, and deep emotional trauma
