Received the vaccine at 11AM on 6/19/2026 and symptoms began at 3:30PM presenting as pain across the back of my neck making it painful to turn my head left or right. Degree of discomfort increased during the evening and overnight hours making it difficult to get in a comfortable position. I had a terrible nights' sleep. Took 2 Extra Strength Tylenol (500mg each)at 9AM on 6/20, spent the day in bed and continued Tylenol dose every 6 hours until11PM. Discomfort eased from level 8 out of 10 to 4 on 6/21, 22 and went up to level 6 on 6/23 went back to Tylenol for 2 doses, comfort level increased each day and was level 1 on 6/25 and back to normal on 6/26. It took one week from date of receiving the vaccine for movement of my neck to return to normal.
