Symptom narrative

Arthrus Reaction to right thigh injection site. Required ED visit, hospitalization, one dose of antibiotic while awaiting diagnosis. Anti-inflammatory, ice, and elevation.

Required Ed visit 6/25 and hospital admission. and ID consultation 6/26 . On 6/25 had Normal CBC. CRP 5.6 mg/dl. Blood culture
