Symptom narrative

Husband stated patient woke up Monday morning very sore and in pain. The pain was in the arm, neck, and back. He said she couldn't move and they went to the ER. The patient was in the hospital from Monday to Saturday. He said they did multiple tests and scans on her and found nothing. Her white blood cell count was elevated but everything else normal.
