Symptom narrative

On the morning of 6/22/26 I was taking a motorcycle safety class. Arrived 7:30am. Around 8:15 while standing in a hot parking lot I started to get dizzy and passed out. An ambulance was called and I was taken to the hospital. My blood pressure was very low. After getting fluids in the ambulance and hospital I started to feel better. The doctor did some blood work, EKG, CT scan. All results negative. Left the hospital with my wife around 3:00pm.
