Symptom narrative

Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Muffled hearing, felt lump in throat, felt hot-Mild, Systemic: Tachycardia-Mild, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Mild, Additional Details: Patient observed injection during vaccine administration and seemed anxious. Felt light headed/faint and vision got dark upon standing up. Then patient felt hot and said her hearing seemed muffled and felt a lump in her throat. No trouble breathing. Blood pressure was 112/69 mmHg, heart rate was 98. Patient drank some water and felt better within a few minutes. Patient remained seated for observation for 15 minutes with no issues.
