A female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DEATH (death, medically significant), outcome "fatal", described as "within five days she was in ICU and then she died". Clinical course: The reporter stated, "I just have questions because I had a granddaughter that was forced into the covid coronavirus vaccine back five years ago. I think what my concern is now is people are coming forward talking about these vaccines that were basically imposed to the country. I had a dear friend that was definitely afraid of this and they backed her in the corner of housing and within five days she was in ICU and then she died".
