Off feeling; Dizzy; Had an allergic reaction; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of FEELING ABNORMAL (Off feeling), DIZZINESS (Dizzy) and HYPERSENSITIVITY (Had an allergic reaction) in an 8-decade-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included Cancer (Cancer survivor - diagnosed prior to receiving any COVID vaccines). In 2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced FEELING ABNORMAL (Off feeling), DIZZINESS (Dizzy) and HYPERSENSITIVITY (Had an allergic reaction). At the time of the report, FEELING ABNORMAL (Off feeling), DIZZINESS (Dizzy) and HYPERSENSITIVITY (Had an allergic reaction) outcome was unknown. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) was unknown. Concomitant medication use information was not provided by reporter. The reporter called emergency contact number, but nothing came of it. The patient had an allergic reaction, and reporter believed that it was caused by the vaccine.
