Symptom narrative

4 month vaccines given on 4/13/2026. Patient had symptoms of intussusception on 4/27/26 (was seen in the ER that day and sent home without an ultrasound). Patient returned to the ED on 4/28/26, ultrasound confirmed intussusception. Patient had a barium enema in attempt to reposition bowel to normal position. This was unsuccessful and patient required laparoscopic reduction under anesthesia. patient was admitted to the hospital from 4/28-5/1.

Current illness

nasal congestion at time of vaccine. weight being followed for poor weight gain secondary to cows milk protein allergery

cows milk protein allergy, laryngomalacia
