Missed dose/ unable to administer and therefore loss of doses; Product complaint; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of missed dose in a adult patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 7CZ7Z with expiry date 31-AUG-2028) for prophylaxis. This case was associated with a product complaint. On an unknown date, the patient received Bexsero. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced missed dose (Verbatim: Missed dose/ unable to administer and therefore loss of doses) and pharmaceutical product complaint (Verbatim: Product complaint). The outcome of the missed dose and pharmaceutical product complaint were not applicable.
