Symptom narrative

Late 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 18-year-old male patient who did not receive Men B NVS (Bexsero) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Bexsero (first dose was received on 18-JUN-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Bexsero. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 26-JUN-2026 The registered nurse called in and reported that a patient had received Bexsero 1st dose on 18-JUN-2025 and never received 2nd dose. Also enquired about the handling of schedule in the scenario. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
