Symptom narrative

6/25/2026: Pt received 3 vaccination to L. shoulder (Menveo, Bexsero and IPV) during mass vaccination evolution. Shortly after receiving vaccinations the pt c/o L. arm pain, numbness/tingling. Pt treated with restriction of physical activity, Motrin and Tylenol. 6/26/2026: Pt seen in medical for f/u. Continued to have s/s and was treated for local inflammation/ nerve irritation. Pt prescribed Lidoderm patches and Gabapentin. 6/27/26: s/s continued, pt seen by clinic and via US d/w joint effusion and was transferred to ER. Pt seen in ER on same day and was given MRI and arthrocentesis by Ortho. Pt d/w with septic arthritis of L. shoulder and underwent left shoulder arthroscopic I&D on 6/27/2026. As of 7/1/26 pt is s/p procedure, receiving IV antibiotics and currently still hospitalized @ hospital.
