Symptom narrative

administered a Kinrix vaccine to a nine month old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 9-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 27G79) for prophylaxis. On 24-JUN-2026, the patient received Kinrix (unknown thigh) .5 ml. On 24-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: administered a Kinrix vaccine to a nine-month-old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
