Symptom narrative

Kinrix administered to a patient younger than 4 years of age; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 15-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number e2jx7 with expiry date 08-OCT-2027) for prophylaxis. On 30-JUN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 30-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix administered to a patient younger than 4 years of age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-JUN-2026 Reporter stated that Kinrix administered to a patient younger than 4 years of age and wanted to know if they need to revaccinate for Dtap.
