Symptom narrative

Developed flu-like symptoms with profound fatigue the following morning, requiring bed rest, developed diffuse nonpruritic rash and hives on extremities, sparing the torso ,Currently has skin mottling, scalp edema, and peeling skin on hands, Developed marked polyarticular swelling and pain, most severe in the hands. 7 day steroid course partially resolved, then symptoms returned. Ordering autoimmune screening labs, referral to Rheumatology, 28 day steroid taper
