Symptom narrative

Yesterday afternoon, June 30, 2026, the minor's grandmother, visited our clinic. She reported that the minor experienced arm pain on the night he received his vaccinations (June 23, 2026). The grandmother gave him two Tylenol tablets; approximately 20 minutes later, the minor developed a body rash and swelling around the eyes. She gave him a Zyrtec, and his condition improved. The following night, the minor again complained of arm pain, and the grandmother gave him two Tylenol tablets. Around 2:00 AM, the minor woke up experiencing difficulty breathing and a body rash. They went to the emergency room, where he received two injections and was discharged. The grandmother does not know which medications were administered that day. Later, on Sunday, June 28, 2026, the family spent the day at a public pool, where the minor again developed a body rash after leaving the water. They went to the emergency room, where he was given an unknown medication and discharged with prescriptions for Loratadine 10mg, Hydroxyzine 25mg, and Permethrin.
