Suspected vaccination failure; Diabetes mellitus; Congestive heart failure/chf; Chronic kidney disease/ckd; had last vaccine two and now suspected shingles; This serious case was reported by a nurse via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of vaccination failure in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Herpes Zoster vaccine) solution for injection for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included chickenpox (history of having chickenpox as a child). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Herpes Zoster vaccine. The reporter stated that received the first dose after fifty since that time patient had diabetes, congestive heart failure and chronic kidney disease. Patient had second vaccine and now suspected shingles. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding time to onset for shingles and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
