The patient's concurrent condition included allergy to Celecoxib (CELEBREX). The patient's historical drugs included Celecoxib (CELEBREX). The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were reported as none. On 23-Jun-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) injection (dose, route of administration, lot # and expiration date were not provided) for prophylaxis administered by health professional. On 23-Jun-2026, after receiving Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE), the patient experienced multiple symptoms. Her sleep was very restless (Poor quality sleep) and she woke up tired (Fatigue) and with a fever (Pyrexia). She had been nauseous (Nausea) and couldn't move (Movement disorder) and was still having symptoms as of 29-Jun-2026 (reported as today).
