Guillain Barre; pulmonary embolism; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of guillain barre syndrome in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) solution for injection for prophylaxis. On 07-FEB-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced guillain barre syndrome (Verbatim: Guillain Barre) (serious criteria hospitalization and GSK medically significant) and pulmonary embolism (Verbatim: pulmonary embolism) (serious criteria hospitalization and GSK medically significant). The outcome of the guillain barre syndrome and pulmonary embolism were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the guillain barre syndrome and pulmonary embolism to be related to Shingles vaccine.
