Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Only one MenB dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Penmenvy. The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Penmenvy. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Only one MenB dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 25-JUN-2026 The patient received an ACWY vaccine from another manufacturer, then finished the series with Penmenvy, but never got a second MenB dose due to hesitancy, what the efficacy would be against MenB. No specific patient was mentioned.
