On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Pediarix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Pediarix, the patient experienced therapeutic response decreased (Verbatim: titers and it shows that she was not immune). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:25-JUN-2026 The reporter had a new patient who was 19 years old. She had been previously already vaccinated with 3 doses of Hep B. It was their requirement to check titers, and it showed that she was not immune to Hep B, so she was going to give her a booster dose that day. However, when she went to take a look at the Hep B vaccine out of the refrigerator, she noticed that the box said 20 and older, and the employee had just turned 19. Her question was whether she should have given her a booster dose of the pediatric dose or the adult dose. She was not sure about the first dose, but the second and third doses were Pediarix. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
