Symptom narrative

27yoM c/o L shoulder pain x 3 weeks after flu and covid injection together in same arm - pt recalls first injection was fine. and the second the injection higher up and closer to his joint where he noted sharp pain upon injection - continued to have pain afterwards and with note restriction in motion of arm across body and with full flexion - took ibuprofen 200mg once a day without relief - notes dull ache at times - able to do all his work and activities - no fever, chills, swelling or redness - no numbness or tingling referred to physical therapy.
