Single component of a two-component product administered/receiving only one component of a two component vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of single component of a two-component product administered in a adult patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Penmenvy. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced single component of a two-component product administered (Verbatim: Single component of a two-component product administered/receiving only one component of a two component vaccine). The outcome of the single component of a two-component product administered was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 01-JUL-2026 The patient did not have known adverse event; administration error. The immunization program educator contacted regarding a patient receiving only one component of a two component vaccine. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
