Penmenvy only liquid portion given; Penmenvy only liquid portion given; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 52YC5 with expiry date 23-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. On 24-JUN-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 24-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Penmenvy only liquid portion given) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Penmenvy only liquid portion given). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
