accidentally administered an expired dose / Expired dose given; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 11-year-old male patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 73J5L with expiry date 03-MAY-2026) for prophylaxis. On 19-JUN-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Boostrix. On 19-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: accidentally administered an expired dose / Expired dose given).
