LVN called to report the possible inadvertent administration of only the prefilled syringe of the Liquid MenB Component of Penmenvy to 3 different patient; LVN called to report the possible inadvertent administration of only the prefilled syringe of the Liquid MenB Component of Penmenvy to 3 different patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 7J5LF/A and batch number 7J5LF/B) for prophylaxis. On 22-JUN-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 22-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: LVN called to report the possible inadvertent administration of only the prefilled syringe of the Liquid MenB Component of Penmenvy to 3 different patient) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: LVN called to report the possible inadvertent administration of only the prefilled syringe of the Liquid MenB Component of Penmenvy to 3 different patient).
