Symptom narrative

Immunizations at 3:00 PM, went outside with family after dinner, came in mom was holding the baby and baby started shaking and jerking as if had chills. Episode lasted 2 minutes. Blue lips and taken to ER.. After arrival to E.R. baby had another episode with pale skin, no blue lips, no shaking. Admitted with no other episodes.
