only Meningococcal B liquid component administered; only Meningococcal B liquid component administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate dose of vaccine administered in a 16-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 7J5LF/B with expiry date 03-APR-2028) for prophylaxis. On 24-JUN-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 24-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: only Meningococcal B liquid component administered) and inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: only Meningococcal B liquid component administered). The outcome of the inappropriate dose of vaccine administered and inappropriate preparation of medication were not applicable.
