This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP and Physicians. A 39-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 01Jan2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EL0142) at the age of 39 years intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "triglycerides have been intermittently elevated", start date: 2019 (unspecified if ongoing); "COVID", start date: 2020 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: contracted COVID 1.5 months prior which resulted in a cough and shortness of breath; "cough", start date: 2020 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: contracted COVID 1.5 months prior which resulted in a cough and shortness of breath; "shortness of breath", start date: 2020 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: contracted COVID 1.5 months prior which resulted in a cough and shortness of breath; "Obesity" (unspecified if ongoing); "Hyperlipidemia" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's family history included: "Coronary artery disease" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ESCHERICHIA URINARY TRACT INFECTION (hospitalization) with onset 13Jan2021, outcome "unknown", described as "E coli UTI"; PYELONEPHRITIS (hospitalization, medically significant) with onset 21Jan2021, outcome "unknown". The patient was hospitalized for pyelonephritis, escherichia urinary tract infection (start date: Jan2021).
