The patient's relevant medical history included: "Condition: Arthritis" (ongoing); "High Cholesterol" (ongoing); "psoriasis" (ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: HYDROCODONE taken for arthritis; PREGABALIN; CLONAZEPAM; ATORVASTATIN taken for blood cholesterol increased.
