Penmenvy liquid only administration; Penmenvy liquid only administration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old male patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number CB25N with expiry date 07-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 01-JUL-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 01-JUL-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Penmenvy liquid only administration) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Penmenvy liquid only administration). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
