Kinrix administration to an 11-year-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 11-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 3C423 with expiry date 06-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. On 10-JUN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 10-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix administration to an 11-year-old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
