Symptom narrative

Kinrix administration to an 11-year-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 11-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 3C423 with expiry date 06-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. On 10-JUN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 10-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix administration to an 11-year-old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:02-JUL-2026 Pharmacist wanted to know when to revaccinate an 11-year-old patient who had received a shot of Kinrix as the fifth dose in the TDaP-IPV immunization schedule, having already received one dose of product and three doses of DTaP-Hib-IPV, with all brand names unknown by the healthcare professional.
