The following information was reported: POST-ACUTE COVID-19 SYNDROME (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "long term covid"; DIARRHOEA (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "diarrhea"; MULTI-ORGAN DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "may have affected their organs"; CARDIAC DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "heart problems, "heart thing kind of popped out this year""; HYPERTENSION (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "high blood pressure"; FATIGUE (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "exhaustion"; DIZZINESS (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "dizzy spells". The event "long term covid" required physician office visit. Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Additional information: The patient contacted Pfizer regarding long COVID. The patient reported a history of multiple COVID-19 infections. She stated that she had experienced several rounds of COVID-19 after exposure at the preschool where she worked and "caught round 1 and 2" from there. The patient further reported that her daughter acquired COVID-19 from a church group in Dec2025, after which the patient also became ill. The patient underwent COVID-19 testing, which reportedly yielded a negative result. She stated that in Jan2026 or early Feb2026, a physician believed that she and her daughter had the "X version of COVID" and advised that there were three variants or types of COVID-19, that patients with that strain were often testing negative, and that testing for that strain was not being performed. The physician reportedly informed both the patient and her daughter that they had long-term COVID and that they were already approximately two to three months into the illness. The patient additionally reported that she thought she had experienced COVID-19 three times. Her daughter was reportedly experiencing COVID-19 at the time of the call. The patient reported diarrhea, heart problems, and felt that COVID-19 may have affected their organs. She stated that the "heart thing kind of popped out this year" and clarified that she was "not saying it was related" to vaccination. She reported that she had been undergoing evaluation because of high blood pressure. The patient further reported that on some days she was incapacitated, exhausted, experienced dizzy spells "kind of like having COVID again," and had diarrhea associated with these symptoms. She stated that the symptoms made it difficult to work and earn a living. Regarding vaccination history, the patient reported receiving two COVID-19 vaccine doses several years earlier but was unable to confirm the manufacturer. She stated that she did not know whether the vaccines administered were Pfizer vaccines. The patient reported that the experiences discussed had started before COVID vaccination but continued after vaccination. She further stated that she did not think there was anything wrong with the immunization and did not believe it was the issue. The patient indicated that she was primarily seeking information about long-term studies of COVID-19 rather than reporting a vaccination-related event. Because she was unable to confirm whether the vaccine received was Pfizer, she declined to complete the report and stated that she would contact the vaccination providers and call back if the vaccine manufacturer was confirmed. The information on the batch/lot number for COVID-19 Vaccine - Manufacturer Unknown will be requested and submitted if and when received.; Sender's Comments: Linked Report(s) : US-PFIZER INC-202600123647 same reporter/drug, similar event, different patient;
