I had two blood clots on both my lungs caused by the vaccine; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 20Feb2021 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Dose 1, single, manufacturer unknown), for COVID-19 immunisation. The following information was reported: PULMONARY THROMBOSIS (hospitalization, medically significant) with onset Feb2021, outcome "unknown", described as "I had two blood clots on both my lungs caused by the vaccine". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of pulmonary thrombosis. Clinical course: The patient reported experiencing a very serious adverse reaction following her second COVID-19 vaccination, administered on 20Feb2021. The patient received the vaccine on a Tuesday and, two days later, developed two blood clots in both lungs, which believed were caused by the vaccine. The patient was hospitalized for approximately two to three days. Following the event, the patient started Eliquis as treatment.
