August 22,2022 Hepatic Function Panel ordered due to abdominal pain and vomiting. (when it all started showing) Then he underwent several tests explained below in item 19

August 22,2022 Hepatic Function Panel ordered due to abdominal pain and vomiting. ALT and AST were extremally high at 381 for ALT and 253 for AST with many other tests out of range showing an Autoimmune abnormality. 8/23/2023 Ultrasound of the Liver read as a result Normal. 9/15/2023 Hepatic Function Panel AST at 96 and ALT at 141. 9/28/2023 Auto AB Super Panel showing RNP antibodies high at 1.4, Centromere B Antibody high at 3.4. CBC with differential: MCV at 92, MCH at 31.6. ANA IFA with Reflex Antinuclear Antibodies (ANA) POSITIVE. 10/12/2023 PT/INR: PT = 13.9 (High), INR = 1.2 (High). 8/23/2023 Liver Biopsy. 10/19/2023 Diagnosis of Autoimmune Hepatitis
