Kinrix vaccines were administered to 6-month-old patient intended vaccine was IPV; Kinrix vaccines were administered to 6-month-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong product administered in a 6-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number N7GC9 with expiry date 19-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included POLIO VACCINE INACT (IPV) for prophylaxis. On 10-JUN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. The patient did not receive IPV. On 10-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix and an unknown time after receiving IPV, the patient experienced wrong product administered (Verbatim: Kinrix vaccines were administered to 6-month-old patient intended vaccine was IPV) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix vaccines were administered to 6-month-old patient). The outcome of the wrong product administered and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable.
