Symptom narrative

Febrile seizure x3 requiring Versed x2 occured ~32 hrs after Hep A vaccine. Overnight observation at hospital for EEG was normal. Testing for bacterial source of infection was negative (CXR, UA, no PNA or AOM on exam). Patient whiny/tired. Fever prone 2 days later.
