After spending a week in the hospital and they decided to treat patient for Guillain-Barre syndrome, the neurologist confirmed GBS through a nerve study she did. He had since relapsed 5 times and we were now on a monthly maintenance of IGIV. His diagnosis was Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy now.
