A 69-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 05May2021 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: CEREBROVASCULAR ACCIDENT (medically significant) with onset May2021, outcome "recovered", described as "I endured a stroke worked a day since."; SPEECH DISORDER (non-serious) with onset May2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "My speech is still affected"; VOMITING (non-serious) with onset May2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "puked for three days straight and after". Clinical course: back on 05May2021, patient stated to have been forced to get a Covid shot by the (withheld), even though she was a contractor with them, that she had to have one, but she was one of those "allergic reaction" people who puked for three days straight and after she was able to stop being sick, she endured a stroke worked a day since.
