A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 04Feb2022 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE INFLAMMATION (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "patient still have an egg shaped area on patient arm that is inflammation from the vaccine". Additional information: Patient had last Pfizer Covid vaccine 04Feb2022 which patient had a negative reaction to. We are now 4 and a half years later and patient still have an egg-shaped area on patient arm that is inflammation from the vaccine. Is there a solution. The three doctors patient had discussed this with have not suggested one. Tired of explaining it was from patient last Covid vaccination. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 will be requested and submitted if and when received.
