positive for COVID-19; positive for COVID-19; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (DOSE NUMBER UNKNOWN, SINGLE), for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "positive for COVID-19". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: SARS-CoV-2 test: Positive. Clinical course: Patient have gotten multiple Pfizer shots for COVID. But, patient's doctor did a COVID-19 test and said patient was positive for COVID-19. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
