Symptom narrative

Patient called on 7/11 stating that although getting the shots together did not hurt at the time of administration. But that evening she said that she developed a high fever and she was sweating a lot. She turned up her A/C and was cooling down but she started to shaking and couldn't stop shaking. She felt like she was seizing but did not actually have a seizure. She said today, 7/11, her arm still hurts really badly and she can hardly lift it. No redness or swelling at injection site reported.
