Symptom narrative

The customer received her flu and RSV on 10/30/25 in separate arms. Back in October, she said she had a problem with her left arm at the injection site indicating it was the RSV. She did stop by about a week after and said it was still very red. I explained injection site soreness was a side effect, to use cold compress, and tylenol or ibuprofen to help. She did raise up her sleeve to show me the area and it looked very much on the front side of her arm and no where that shot was administered. I said perhaps the shot aggravated the front area. She was very nice and said she may follow up with her md to look over her shoulder. She does frequent the store and she would casually say her arm was still not doing well. It was this last encounter on 6-29-26 she said she had several MDs look at area and she is accumulating MD bills and may need assistance paying these bills. With that information it is time to do a vaers and interal claim
