Immediate double ear tinnitus and swelling

Medical history

Immediate onset headache after first vaccine. Second was 08/09/2021 and caused double ear tinnitus, neither have stopped. Also double hip surgery needed within 4 months of first vaccine and double hip replacements (4 so far) after 4 years, as well as failed cataract surgery, bilateral, v and bilateral wrist surgery that failed as well. These were some art pharmacy in (withheld city, state) and first was Pfizer FA7985 and second was Pfizer lfc3180 loft numbers, accounting to the vaccination card. I am also blood type A- where my sister is A+ and had no reaction
