Symptom narrative

Systemic: Bell's Palsy-Medium, Additional Details: The patient was given a COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine on 7/7/26 at around 5:20 PM. Patient reported numbness in the tongue and face with minor ear pain on the same side. Pulse was normal per pt and swelling wasn't noticed anywhere on the body. I stayed with the pt for 30 minutes and gave her one dose of Fexofenadine with water. After 30 minutes ~ 6 PM pt left the pharmacy.
